Creamy Wild Mushroom Soup

The secret to a great wild mushroom soup is great wild mushrooms. Try ours… just like grandma used to make.

20g Untamed Feast Wild Mushrooms

6-10 button mushrooms (optional), sliced

2 tbsp butter

1/2 cup onion, minced

2-3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cube vegetable bouillon

1/2 cup bacon, diced (optional)

3/4 cup white wine

1 cup table cream

salt & pepper


1Rehydrate mushrooms in 3 1/2 cups of water for 10-20 minutes.

2Melt butter in a large pot. Sauté onion, garlic, bacon until they begin to be golden and crisp.

3Add wine and simmer for 3-5 mins. Turn off heat.

4Blend or pulse mushrooms and most of the water you soaked them in, in a blender very briefly.

5Add all mushrooms to the pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 mins.

6Add bouillon, salt & pepper (to taste), and cream while stirring. Let simmer on low for 10 mins.

7Serve with fresh warm bread.
