Ingredients: That jasmine rice, wild morel mushrooms, sea salt, raw cane sugar, porcini mushrooms, spices (lemongrass, galangal, garlic, onion, white pepper, cumin, coriander, turmeric, red chili, lime leaf).

    5 STARS may not be enough. My husband went mad for this delicious dish (a rare happening): the complex flavours blend perfectly and the aromas… well lets say mouth watering. Bonus is how easy it is to prepare.

    This is an absolute family favorite. Everyone loves the morel coconut rice. It goes really well with BBQ’s, fish, etc. For Christmas Dinner we had it with Fondue Chinoise, and it was a total hit.

    Stunning product. I make it for a special treat! Cooking tip: Treat it similar to a risotto. You should stir it every 5-7 minutes so it doesn’t stick and burn on the bottom of the pot due to the sugar content. I also cook it for 18 minutes instead of 23 or 24. Perfection~

    Wow, this was amazing, and I love good flavourful rice! So creamy and delicious! I used full fat coconut milk, added a couple handfuls of spinach, and also added chopped garlic and a jalapeño. Absolutely scrumptious! I will order again! I made it with garlic shrimp. I’ll try the baked fish next time. Thanks for an excellent product!

    Delicious and simple! This was a perfect quick easy romantic meal. Made this, stuffed into into some red peppers, opened a bottle of wine and voila!

    We bought a jar of your Morel Coconut Rice at the Out of Hand show a couple of weeks ago, and tried it. Immediately we wished we had bought more; it was delicious! I used “lite” coconut milk to prepare it but it still tasted rich and full of flavour. Since it didn’t seem that the product was available yet in retail stores, we were delighted to find your booth at the Touch of Saltspring show last weekend, and we bought three more. I have a feeling we’re going to use those up quickly.
