Wild Rice & Mushroom Soup

(7 customer reviews)

This hearty soup combines the nutty goodness of Northern Wild Rice with a delicious blend of hand-harvested, fire-dried wild mushrooms. True wild rice and wild mushrooms are not farmed or cultivated, so they’ve got more flavour and more nutrients. The rice is sprouted so all you do is add a couple of staple ingredients for a quick, fabulous soup that serves 4.

Ingredients: Organic Sprouted Canadian Wild Rice, potato flakes, wildcrafted mushrooms, nutritional yeast, wildcrafted mushroom powder, wildcrafted stinging nettle leaf, parsley, garlic, onion, sea salt, white pepper, bay leaf.

This is delicious. So simple and easy to make. My kids love this soup (and this is a rare thing) and ask for it especially … I was so glad to discover the online shop … no waiting until the next Circle Craft show.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! I made this totally dairy free (using coconut milk) and it was outstanding!! Despite the sellers remarks on my suggestion about substituting for coconut milk, I gave it a go. It was so delicious and I was super impressed! Good suggestion for anyone else who doesn’t eat dairy.

Wow! Yum! Even my son who isn’t crazy about mushroom soup, loved it! Very tasty

This soup is awesome! I made for my husband and I and we really loved it. I used plain yogurt and chicken stock as I hate milk, and of course the wine as well as a pinch more thyme. Best mushroom soup ever.
Thanks for this product, it’s perfect when your hungry and you want something excellent to eat, exotic almost, and it takes no time at all.

Awesome, have had many of their other products the morels are great. This soup is great as soup or as a sauce for veggies or pasta. Was sad to see the Lonsdale Quay stand close but glad can order on line

This soup is divine! Amazing ingredients, perfectly blended and worthy of the most discerning palates. If you like this soup, definitely try the Mushroom/Potato soup too. I love these products so much that I ordered lots for Christmas baskets this year. By the way, I too always substitute – I use Chicken Bovril and water (or any chicken stock) instead of wine. My mouth is watering just thinking about having it again.

Amazing soup!! I changed the recipe a bit because I can’t drink wine and wanted it a little creamier. Added 3 cups of water and 2 cups of 1/2&1/2. Extremely tasty with plenty of mushrooms and rice throughout. All the seasoning you’ll need is in the bag unlike most prepackaged mixes.
