Wild Rice & Mushroom Soup
This hearty soup combines the nutty goodness of Northern Wild Rice with a delicious blend of hand-harvested, fire-dried wild mushrooms. True wild rice and wild mushrooms are not farmed or cultivated, so they’ve got more flavour and more nutrients. The rice is sprouted so all you do is add a couple of staple ingredients for a quick, fabulous soup that serves 4.
