Tonic is a blend of 9 wild harvested functional mushrooms known for their immune boosting and adaptogenic effects.

Lion’s mane contains anti-flammatory and anti-oxidant compounds and supports the growth and repair of nerve cells. It is used to improve cognition, memory, focus, and mood.

Each bottle is 100 ml (3.38 oz), approximately 200 doses.

Usage: Take a dropper squeeze (0.5 mL - approximately 12 drops) once or twice daily in water, tea, smoothie, or under the tongue.

Recommendation: For maintenance / protective dose take 0.5 mL /day. Take 1 mL /day for extra immune or neural support.

This stuff works!

I had started using Lions Mane a few months ago and reordered when I ran out. I found while I was using it, my overall health and wellbeing was much better than it was for the few weeks that is had run out of it, Now that I have my new supply, I am back to feeling better with less soreness in my old joints.

It’s too soon to tell the effects on my health, however, I find it easy to use. I put it in my ginger tea to evaporate the alcohol and it adds a pleasant earthy note to the tea. I appreciate that it is made from wild mushrooms and is fully Canadian.
