Standard Shipping Rates 

We use multiple carriers in order to provide you with the best possible shipping rates.

Rates are calculated based on your address + the dimensions & weight of your order.

We do not charge fees for handling or packaging materials.

 Western Canada  Orders of $100+ - Free Shipping on us
 Eastern Canada  Orders of $125+ - Free Shipping on us
 NL & The North  Orders of $150+ - Free Shipping on us 
 USA  Orders of $125+ - Free Shipping on us

 (Note: Free shipping price thresholds are after discounts, excluding taxes) 

For order with Free shipping, Untamed Feast will select the best carrier based on multiple factors such as next available pick-up, delivery time, destination, and rate.

Carriers

  • Our preferred carriers are Purolator, UPS, and Can Par.
  • Rural P.O Box shipments will be sent via Canada Post.
  • USA orders usually ship via UPS and occasionally FedEx

Approximate Delivery Times within Canada

AB/SK: 1-3 days*
BC/MB:  up to 5 days*
ON/QC: up to 4-7 days*
NB/NS/PEI/NL/NWT/YT/NU: up to 10 days*

*Business days only / excludes weekends and holidays

Packages ship from St. Albert / Edmonton AB. Destinations closer to the Edmonton area mean delivery times on the low end of the delivery times given. Allow extra time for deliveries to non-major centres, P.O Box addresses, and remote locations. 

Delivery To USA

We will fulfill and ship your order within 1-3 business days. 

The tracking information you will receive is your best estimate for total shipping time.

International Shipping

We do not currently ship outside of Canada and the U.S. 

Order Processing Times

Orders will be processed within one to three business days. (Excludes weekends and holidays). The carriers typically receive our orders by 4pm MST.

Tracking

You will receive an automated e-mail with your tracking information after your order is fulfilled. Please use this information to track your packages. 

Redirecting an Order

Once an order has shipped we cannot make any changes to the order.

If tracking shows that delivery has been attempted multiple times and your order has been returned to sender, please contact us. The best next steps are situation & carrier dependent. We reserve the right to refund your order minus the cost of shipping fees.

Address Errors 

Please make sure your shipping address is correct— You are responsible for additional shipping charges that occur as a result of submitting your order with an incorrect or incomplete address.

Returning an Order

Please send us a note through our contact page with the particulars of your order. You are responsible for return shipping fees. Once the item is returned to us, we will refund your order minus the original shipping fees.

What happens if my package is stolen?

It is always frustrating when a package goes awry. Once your items are shipped however, we are not liable if it is lost or stolen. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier for more information.
