I haven't tried them yet but I have worked with dehydrated mushrooms before. The service was excellent and the delivery was quick. I'm sure I will order again.

Delicious and decadent!

I used the Morel mushrooms to make up your cheese spread recipe. The morels rehydrated beautifully and were easy to dice. As good as I thought the recipe sounded, the end result greatly exceeded my expectations. And by that I mean OFF . THE . SCALE. ! Your tip about going slowly - both in sautéing the morels and reducing the morel liquid - produced an incredibly flavourful, creamy and rich spread. Gotta get me more morels! Looking forward to trying the rest of the items in my order. Thank you!
